[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Refund of Rs.2064 as part of June 2021 premium policy payment
I made a premium policy payment for the month of June 2021 on June 13th with policy number being[protected]
The amount has been debited from my account but not reflected and updated in the policy.
I waited for few days and again made a payment to the same policy for the month of June. This time it was successfully updated.
However I should get refund for my first transaction.
The amount has not been refunded even after 7 days. Transaction ID being: T2106131440566777381445
