[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Request to correct may payment details in the portal for the month of January 2020

I am Ramya Gandhi Raj and my policy details are as follows.

Installment Premium 3825.00 Policy Status Active Insured RAMYA GANDHI RAJ Product Name Santosh
Issue Date 13/10/2015 Next Premium Date 01/04/2020 Customer ID 56211225

I have made a payment for the month of january on 28/01/2020 however the same was not adjusted towards payment of month January and it was adjusted towards payment of month February.
Kindly make the aforesaid correction in my records and update the same in the portal.
