Complaint marked as Resolved I got back the pending transaction amount to my account. I registered complaint through pli section in our Head post office and the mail provided by them. I also contact customer care service of my bank. They informed me that the amount was deposited successfully to the merchant end. Again i followed mailing to postal website atlast i got my amount back. I am really happy.
