Sir, most humbly request that i am servinng in indian army and will be disch from service on 28 feb 2019. I have an pli policy no aps-1061920l and want to tfr it to civ post office in my native place, ie mandi, himachal pradesh. Please guide me for further action. Verified Support Sep 26, 2018 Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Customer Care's response Now all APS policies have been migrated in Civil post office system. Hence you may visit the nearest HPO for more information about your policy and may submit claim for your policy in any post office.
