My name is mahipal singh taumar and policy no KT-569158-CC DATED[protected] ..I found no any status and optransection on my online id ..But I paid every month premium through my pay slip..My monthly premium is 830 ..Policy opened from Bangalore and I am from bsf ..And I want to transfer my account to home post office palwal haryana 121102 pls solve my prob

My Policy No is R-TN-HQ-EA-202857

Earlier it was being paid at my native .. From April 2011 am payingthe same at Bangalore Dr Shivram Karant Nagar post office 560077 through cheque.
But Yesterday I went to pay this year premium, , to my surprise they refused to take cheque and demanding cash...
