i would like to draw your attention towards the fact that i placed order for "GK TRICKS BY NITIN GUPTA- PART ONE AND TWO" on 19/01/2015. On placing the order i got a mail from their EBS PG TEAM confirming the payment and giving various details which are as follows:ORDER WITH REFERENCE NO. 60832DATE 19/01/2015 12.01.27MERCHANT REFERENCE NO. 60832EBS PAYMENT ID 32749397PAYMENT MODE MASTER CARDAMOUNT 198Upon non delivery of books, when i forwarded an email on 29/01/2015, i was assured through email that the matter would be looked into.No action till date has been taken.Sandeep Mehra[protected]/ [protected]
