Pothys — Complaint in tailoring section at pothys boutique, chennai-reg
I am residing at mahalingapuram and iam your regular customer as me and my family purchase weekly around rs20000 worth of goods from your pothys boutique outlet, and i used to purchase your material and give it for tailoring to your tailor master at your store but getting delivery was very tough as most of the time they wont be any staff to deliver me the dress after 9pm as only that time i would be free and also i have stated this several times to a person at your basement office and he also promised me that it wont happen again and today i called the supervisor in the tailoring section and told that i will be coming to the outlet at 9.30 pm and requested him to keep it ready and so he even told the amount which has to be paid for the three pants which was given for stitching before ramzaan and also he said that he will handover it to the staff named veerapan and he asked me to come before 10pm to collect the dress and so i came to the store at 9.44pm and when i enquired with the staff named veerapan he said that he didn't know about it and he asked me to come the next day.
I was really frustrated and irritated and veerapan was just sitting with a least bothered attitude and he did not even try to communicate with anyone and i was standing so long hoping that he will get me the dress and also he didn't have the courtesy to respect someone and he told me if you want you complain to the manager and i felt very bad as this is not the way you should run a store as even i am a owner of 2 petrol bunks and various diversified businesses, this is not the way you should treat a customer and i also tried to complain the issue to the person sitting in the basement office and he said that he is busy with the cash counting. You should remember that your customers are your asset and don't lose your customer recruiting such irresponsible and giving false commitments, i am very much shocked to see such bad customer service sir. Please don't treat any other customer like this and then you will lose your loyal customers. Hope you will understand the pain and treat customer feedback properly.
