Pothys — Exchange of wrongly purchased item | |||||
Good morning sir, I am K.Ariharasuthan, Indian Bank Manager, Mob.No.[protected]. Today morning around 9 am I went for purchase of grocery and I purchased. Instead of purchasing ponni boiled rice, I purchased steamed rice so immediately after 5 min I reached the store for exchange they intimated exchange will be available after 10.30 only. I agreed and I purchased again my needed rice. Then I requested the billing person to hold the steamed rice to put the token, so that I don't want to carry the rice but the security incharge lady rejected that she wil not put the token for the purchased item. I intimated already I am having big luggage so I hard to carry the rice bag, after that too she rejected to put the token. So I left the bag before them and started. It's just Rs.240 is not the matter but it's a loss for me and I am regular purchaser in pothys and usually will purchase more than 4000 monthly. You can check my profile too. Why ur people's r behaving like this to the common man. Because of this I have to think to come again to pothys. My network is big and I will recommend to go to some other stores like vijayaganapathy, ravi department or to the chennai silks depond upon ur action against this.
