[Resolved]  Power Commodity — commodity trading

Hi Team,

I am doing MCX trading. I got reference of Powercommodity company (https://www.powercommodity.com). I Subscribed package for advisory calls worth Rs. 9999.
From the company side they have given me free trial package for 1 day on 16/01/2018. On 17th i have subscribed the package. Once i subscribed the package i
got a call from powercommodity (Mobile Number: [protected] which is there on their website) executive and they said they offer Offline trading as well.
In that we have to invest Rs. 30, 000 which i have done. Payment was done via payumoney for which they sent link which was in the name of Tina Agarwal who is the
representative of powercommodity. They said everyday at the end of the day they will credit the profit in my account and on the whole profit i have to pay
them 15% on profit sharing basis. This was the agreed deal between me and the company which happened via phone.

on 17th from evening i was chasing them for the update on trading done. Night by 9.30 they updated me that profit of RS. 1, 50, 000 has been booked in my account. For
that to claim i need to pay Rs 20000 as GST and Rs 15000 as profit sharing. I have done both. After some time i was asked to pay Rs 16000 i have done that also. After
some time i was asked to pay Rs 30, 000 to claim the amount of Rs 1, 50, 000. I have done all the payment as they said. After i made the last payment their mobile got switched
off my number was blocked for calls and in watsapp.

I tried several times to reach out to them at some point of time i realised they are the fraud company. They cheated me on giving false information. Trusting on them (which is
my mistake) I paid Rs, 1, 11, 000 now its with them which is being cheated from me. They are absolute fraud company.

Today (18/01/2018) i chased them in another number ([protected]) which is there in their website and i have recorded the conversation. In that converstion Representative i asked
the representative his name which he refused to say, after some time he said his name (named Mukesh Agarwal) who is representing him as CEO of the company is clearly accepting
i have made the payment. I asked that representative whether the company is SEBI registered (mentioned in their site as SEBI registered) that representative refused to say and threatened
me which is clearly there in audio.

I asked him the money he saying money what i paid is for services. But i wasnt said about any services, i was said as offline trading. If they going to get money for services they should mention it as services not offline trading. If i came to know they are getting the money for any services kind i wouldnt have
taken it.

They are completely cheating customers and getting their money. Its absolute rubbish.

More over they have mentioned them as SEBI registered company but they havnt mentioned their SEBI number which is against the law. I doubt them now whether they are
SEBI registered company or not. If not registered please take very stringent action on providing false information.

I have provided proof for all the payments i have made. I have attached the audio as well.

I have provided the Watsapp converstion as well.

Please look into this issue and take necessory action against them and help me in getting my money back.

They are the biggest cheaters.

No mam i dint get any response from them. They are completely cheating every customers. We have to stop this fraudster company. Their only aim is to cheat others and earn. I am suffering now with my money with them. Please help me to get it
