Consignment no.: d46964685 is booked on 13.11.2018 form pgcil lab hyderabad to iotl, pgcl itarsi indicating in bold letter on packing "handle with care... Fragile" but during delivery on date 24.11.2018 the item was internally in broken/ damaged condition.

Since the item cost is about rs.[protected]/ we request to dtdc courier limited to bear the same amount and supply us the item free of cost at the earliest.
