Practo — refund not initiated

I had opted for 6 month practo cpt services in the month of march 2018, which has a option of refund of amount of the product doesn’t add value to your practice. Since the product hasn’t worked for me i was entitled for an amount to be refunded. Even after the 6 month tenure of practo cpt services has ended the refund hasn’t been initiated, it’s been more than 1.5 months. Customer support/technical team is not responsive at all, they are saying refund is initiated bt problem isn’t solved yet.
