Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana [PMKVY] — didn't receive monetary award after successfully completing my course

Hello there, i'd like to file a complaint against pmkvy scheme. It promises a good career and placement opportunities and monetary award after successful completion of course. I want to tell you that i gave my gst exam last month on 1st of march 2018, at swastik training center, samaypur badli. I have received the certificate but no money as reward has been transferred into my bank account yet. Please look into this matter.
