Pragati Placement Services — i am complaint about pragati consultancy for no response

I had paid to pragati consultancy director mr. Kumar 75 thousands and when i am trying to reach to them none of their phone numbers are working and i unable to speak to anyone. I am not sure whether they closed the consultancy or they are fraud. I need my refund to send to me as soon as possible. Your response is really appreciated.
