In Diwali I booked a refrigerator of samsung 275 ltr for Rs. 21000/- from kohinoor televideo pvt .ltd. Grant Road, but they delivered me refrigerator 253 ltr, when we booked the fridge its price was Rs. 26, 000/- and after discount they fix the price Rs. 21, 000/- so we were telling them that give us fridge of 275 ltr or give us the difference which is Rs. 5000/- but they are saying they will return only Rs. 3000/- can you help us in this matter. thanks & regards Was this information helpful? |
