My name is premsagar bharsakal boarding from akola on 26.09.17-seat no.16 at 9.00pm prasanna purple travels. Its is first time experienced that suddenly in night time when all passangers were sleeping well & attendant shouting & forcefully asking "ye gadi ka ac. Now Prasanna is a Verrryyyy bad service & careless for passengers ... Due to technical reason bus ac was shut down thats why we have to shift customer in the other Purple Sleeper coach. We have taken note of your complaint & we will definitely look in to the matter.We are ready to Pay Rs 100/- per seat Difference to you(Ahmednagar To Pune).We always welcome your good suggestions. Thanking you & assuring you our best services at all times.

I was traveling from Pune to Akola on 10th October 2017 in Prasanna Purple travels
MH-14-CW-2355. During the journey Bed bugs bit me on my arm. I realise it later. I just want to make sure that no other customer/passenger suffers like me. Please take action soon.
