[Resolved] Prasanna Travels — bus service issue

Got into a mumbai-pune bus from vashi and the a/c stopped working at khopoli. When the passengers started complaining the driver was not ready to accept. Then even when the driver started sweating himself he stopped the bus asking some remote office for assistance. Never seen a a/c volvo in this condition. At 12 noon in the scroaching heat travelling in a bus with windows closed and a/c not working was he'll of a service. Would rather prefer travelling in a non ac st bus. Was this information helpful?
