I am Prakash, I booked my bus ticket from Chandrapur to Pune on 8th June 2019. Details are given in trail mail. My seat number U11, U12. We booked AC bus but AC is not working for our seats and in this high temperature situation we have to travel without AC even after paying for AC facility. I am not at all satisfied with the service and want refund at earliest. I also tried to call your customer care but no response received.
