[Resolved] Pratham Consultancy, Sayajigunj, Vadodara — looted money by telling fake canada process | |||
We are indian citizen and applied with "pratham consultancy" situated at vadodara for an employment opportunity to canada. The procedure for this application started in march 2017 and all our application was approved and the consultancy asked us both to pay 1, 80, 000 inr against the whole procedure. In the month of april 2017 we personally visited the consultancy and we had in a bond paper made written agreement and paid the above full mentioned amount. The consultancy promised us the sinp approval would be completed in four months, but from the time we paid the amount and returned, under the care of the consultancy a lawyer named erik called us from canada and stated the process is going on. We were also given online user id and passwords to review our applications. But each day we kept checking there was no update. As per the promise of the consultancy for four months we have been patiently waiting for an update and they have never given us even one call or update neither do they pick our calls when we call them. We send several messages and emails and there is no reply. After waiting four months from the mid of july we keep asking them for an update and after 100 calls we make finally they cooly say we are busy. Thereby few weeks back we told them we are no more interested to continue with the process and please refund our money back. They send us the withdrawal form and we filled and send them email on the 14th september 2017. Until today there is no response. After continuously calls and pressure we gave them, they promised to make the entire payment during the last week of septmeber but on the 1st october 2017 they transferred just 48, 000 inr to our bank account, there are not responding on the remaining 1, 32, 000 inr. Apr 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved 1.we approached the governing bodies at vadodara with all legal agreements and documents.
2.the governing bodies contacted the consultancy to return the funds
3.the consultancy with no hesitation credited the amount in our account
Really greatful to the governing bodies at vadodara for the steps taken and thanks to the consultancy for refunding our money.

They are really big time cheaters, i had lodged a court complaint ..its going to be more than an year...they have changed their office
Neither Ankit-or-Asif-or-Tarun are responding to the calls..they all had changed their numbers...court notice returned - reason postal dept told is office address is not available
