I love maruti cars from my childhood days. We have been using it for 2 generations now.
Last month i booked a car in anekal showroom "spresso vxi" with an advance payment of 5000, after a week my family forced me to go with vxi +. On 6th august we requested for vxi+ and delivery on 21st august "ganesh festival" as its auspicious day for us.
They took a couple of days to source the car but could not get the requested model.
On 8th august they confirmed the requested model car s presso vxi + cant be delivered in 15 days.
I had no other option but to buy the maruti from a different vendor.
Now just bcoz i upgraded the car variant and they could not deliver the car on requested data. Do i need to bear the cancellation fees of 2500?
Even i had requested to provide accessories for the amount paid. They are unable to get that done as well.
So do i need to bear the cancellation fees for upgrading your car variants or do i need to bear bcoz you were unable to deliver the car on the requested date.
