Pratham Motors — one of the worst services - pratham has gone to dogs

I have booked the vehicle for services at bellandur on 24th for the service on 26th of june. I get calls from at least 6 to 7 people, each one calling from their show rooms, i got calls, from rajajinagar 3 to 4 times different persons,. 2 calls from bellandur, and one from kudlu. I clearly told them that i will be sending my vehicle only to bellandur. That night again i get a call from diver from rajajinagar to pick up vehicle. Again i told hm that i do not need his services. On the day of service that is on 26th june, i get a call from kudlu branch for a pick up, then i get a call from bellandur i told them to pick up, the driver calls and i give the location after that after 15 minutes one more person calls to pick the vehicle. I already told him somebody has called on the way, then he wanted a number of that person.
After giving the vehicle for service the service advisor told us that cost for fumigations and pick and drop is 1200, and after completing his works and when the vehicle is ready for dispatch he says it is 1700 and after i questioned him he says he will charge only 1200. And they have misplaced my rc book and insurance which was provided in the vehicle. After questioning them today that is on 27th he has sent the same. And to top all this mess and nuisance caused today i get a cal from bellandur pratham that they are sending somebody to pick up the vehicle.

What is going on, no body knows. One of the worst experience, i need to take the matter to maruti, my first experience in in 2006 with pratham was excellent. Now it is horrible
