I have made a fedbank money transfer through imps on Dec-13-2016 and the same time I got the message that transaction is not successfull, but the money already deducted from my account. The next day I approach to the bank and raise a complaint, as per the bank officer information that money will credited to your ac within one week, but still its not returned to my ac.I'm a NRI working at Oman and I can't frequently go to the bank and enquire abt the progress.So pls clear this issue asap, below I'm giving my bank details.

I placed an order of new dth on Saturday 7th April 2018 the person called me and said that the installation team will come and install the device on sunday but no one didnt attend and again i called on he said they will come on monday but till now nobody didn't came please do the necessary action my booking order no was YRS 106088

Sir in my area there are so many dogs in our street dogs and barging with people and chasing the people and the dogs are so many in my area.they are creating very much nusiance.so, please kindly send the dogs van take away from us.
