Precision Techserve — pf amount is approved but not credited in bank

I have got a message that pf seetlement is approved on 23-05-18 but till now status in claim your status is "payment approved through cheque and it is under process"

So usually how many days it would take for money to get deposited in bank after the payment is approved

Is there any exact contact number of pf office to call up on since none of the number updated in the internet are not working
