Had paid prenu Rs 2, 000 on 29th May, 2018 as initial registration fee and Rs 18, 060 on June 6th, 2018 for nanny fees for June and had paid for nanny services on July 9th, 2018 a sum of Rs 15000 however I have not received good service firstly the nanny's sent were not capable the first lady stayed for a week and the second lady left without even working for a day the 3rd person stayed for a month and then left stating she had work in her native and then told me if I paid her directly she would come and work. Last maid complained that her payments were delayed by the agency and she doesn't want to continue working she left on July 30th, 2018 post that Prenu has not contacted me with a replacement. Prenu have taken the full amount hence I should have at least got a nanny till august 7th, 2018. Your employee Manjula is a fraud she was aware maid was leaving and 2 days before she left she called maid and offered her a job else where but maid had declined since your agency was not paying her on time and she had a runaround. After maid left I kept calling the agency and they did not call back and did not bother about it . Due to me not getting a replacement nanny I had to take leave from my work and was on loss of pay .
