Prepaid Taxi At Howrah — bad behaviour and refusal of driver to drop us at our destination

Taxi No WB 04E 8672, date 12.11.2018, time-06:12 pm. The driver started conplaining from the very beginning asking how much we had paid, how many kms, etc. even after showing him the passenger slip. When my husband said its 332.00 till Oxytown, he started the meter just after crossing the station citing that fare should be 400 and above. He even took an extra longer route for filling petrol.He kept on arguing the entire journey saying that the fare should be higher. He refused several times to take us to our destination and after a lot of heckle when we reached near our destination, he snatched the slips from my husband's hand and went around asking whether the place was really oxytown or not, without opening the luggage boot. After finally getting convinced he allowed us to take out our luggage and refused to give us our passenger slip. I finally told him that I will google the no and lodge a complaint he finally gave our slip. I called up to complain but the person in the booth told me to take 2 xerox copies of the passenger slip and complain to the booth from where we had booked the taxi which is not a feasible way for passengers. Kindly look into the matter and help us to not get harassed.
