I am arun sharma place order dated 24.08.2019 & dated 28.08.2019 received a package through blue dart couriers awb no [protected] time 12.30 pm. I received 02 nos. Phone as per my order id no [protected] dated order 24.08.2019 on website www.Phonekart. in products are very fake and different, which i placed that hand set speria s-9 pro notch, when i opened the box it was simple phone spiria with all the specifications given on the website is totally different. Products is not working one pec sim card no signal & one is mic problems.
I request you to pick the return and accept 7 days return policy and refund amount rs.7998.00/- which i pay through pay you money id[protected] dated 24.08.2019 time 4.59pm, even no invoice copy inside and even packing slip details as under :
