We have purchased electric kettle from your authorised dealer a k enterprises on 01/09/2018. It is not working properly even though checked at showroom.
When we meet your authorised dealer for replacement, they refused to replace.
We trust your products and also you are in first place in customer satisfaction so we request you to replace new kettle aginest your deffective product delivered by your authorised dealer
