Prestige — Prestige Gas Stove | |||
I have purchased Prestige Gas Stove in december 2015. it came with two year on site warranty. Few months back I observed that gas is leaking from a burner while cooking and flame is coming out of the joint (where brass burner stands on the metal part of gas stove). I immediately submitted complain in this regards to Prestige Customer Care in Ajmer. After 10 - 15 days of filing the complaint, I got the call from the representative asking me to send the image of gas stove, burner, bill etc. on whatsapp, which I did. After that, I waited 10 -15 days again and then the service man came to my home but he didn't brought the specified burner for replacement. Moreover he tried to repair the existing burner by brutally hitting it with hammer, which caused severe damage to the burner and the problem got increased. Service man told me that he will return after wards with the replacement burner, which he didn't came till now. Even I am calling them regularly and they are not responding to my calls. I have worst experience of this branded company, I purchased Prestige Gas Stove, so as to ensure that I am buying safe product for my home, on the contrary, now its creating risk for my family.
