Prestige — safety concern in prestige product

Worst service ever. I bought a prestige stove last year and last week glass got broken in tiny pieces while preparing tea. My mother was in kitchen she ran away otherwise i cant even imagine the situation.. This is a safety concern. These people are not at all concerned about peoples safety. I dont know how their products are being verified or whether they are getting their products verified or not. Government has made so strict rules for safety but still it seems like these companies are not following those rules. These people should learn a lesson from this.. Its not about money but about peoples safety.
