Prestige Smart Kitchen — Fire/Flame came through Gas stove ON/OFF Button | |||||
Today 19/12/2016 morning my father was boiling milk suddenly ON/OFF button of front row first burner came out automatically and flame/fire came out through the switch hole. My father's hand got burnt and he managed somehow and switched off the regulator which is connected to cylinder. I found all the screws are not fitted / tightened properly. I bought this stove on June 2016 from Dmart, White field branch. Unexpected from prestige manufacturers. If service not arranged in nest 24 hrs, I'll be logging a complaint in Karnataka consumer court. I've taken photos of damaged stove and my fathers hand as well. Was this information helpful? | |||||
