I purchased Prestige wet grinder from
Pai International Electronics on[protected]. Within 1month I faced issue with the product as it got stuck and did not rotate. I raised a complaint in Pai customer care and after many follow-up calls, a technician visited and fixed the issue. Again after two months, again the same issue occurred and I raised a complaint on Mar 28th. Till now the complaint is open and no one visited.
Pai customer care does not provide the concerned person's number and no one call us and product will lose its warranty soon.
One of the worst experiences I am facing with the product and Pai international. I would request Pai to take the product and return my money as it's still under warranty. I have attached the invoice. Please assist.
