[Resolved]  Prettislim Clinic — consumer complaint against preetislim

I am a consumer and i want to place a complaint against Prettislim Health clinic. I have been using the services of Pretti Slim for the last 3 years. Initially i went for the Tummy tucking procedure which i completed and then went for reducing the thigh and arm fat. After that i wanted to go in for a general weight reduction program but i dont know why the clinic was not responding to me. After having given so much business to the company, i expect them to treat their loyal customers better. I could have approached other slimming centres in my area or joined a gym for that matter but the very reason that i wanted to re-join them was because i and my family had experienced good results from them. But the Prettislim customer care people are not responding to me when i wanted to register for a weight loss program and instaead they are asking me to register for body shaping or meet their counsellor to understand what program i should go for. i fail to understand whats the differfenc between weight loss and body shaping program. This is a bad service and i would like to put it up to their management so that they respond to me. Also being a repeat customer i should also be entitled to priveleges / discounts when i am going for the 4th time for their program.I am facing this issue since the last 3 months and i hope the management takes a note of this and take action immediately and clarify.
