Prettislim Clinic — not effective

I underwent the treatment a few months back, and let me tell you that it’s not effective at all. They promise 5-6 inches per session but for the first few sessions, i didn’t see any changes in my body. I informed the same and asked them to check if there is anything that i have been doing wrong. I was informed that my body has some “rigid fats” which takes a lot of efforts. After completing my 8 sessions, i saw that i had only reduced a few inches (3-4inches). I was completely disappointed with their services. What they will do is ask you to stop eating food which contains carbs and that's nothing new. They will make sure that they take regular follow-ups to make you feel that they really care about it.

According to me if you want to reduce some weight, then all you have to do is eat less amount of carbs and eat food which contains high amount of proteins. The body automatically burns carbs while digesting proteins. And at the same time make sure you are regular with cardio exercises. I did that for 3 months and i reduced 8kgs. After wasting a lot of money i realised that all you need to do is some research. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this.
