Preventive Health Care India — No action taken even after 17 days of communicating request for cancellation

I made the payment of Rs. 4, 200/- for purchase of Preventive Health care cards on 28.02.2015. Till 13.03.2015 there was no confirmation from their end that whether any cards have been allotted or not. Hence, I sent them a mail, confronting my request for cancellation of cards. I received a confirmatory reply of receipt of mail/request from them. Thereafter I received the cards. For approx. from past 15 odd days I was trying to contact them in order to get these cards cancelled and refund of my money. Most of the times, the numbers are either not reachable or temporarily out of service. Even o[censored]nicare Health services (of whom M/s PHCI issue cards), the number displayed on their website is out of reach. I mailed approx 2 times thereafter but didn't got any response from them. Kindly suggest the actions to be initiated against such fraudulent companies so that they will not be able to mischief masses further. Your suggestion/action will be highly appreciable. Photo of Card of the primary card holder allotted by PHCI is attached. If required other cards & mails sent to PHCI & Unicare will also be shared.

At least I have a proof that you have received my e-mail otherwise your helpdesk said on 11th September that – Koi e-mail nahi aayi, I said I have sent twice, than they say - toh kya main jhuth bol rahi hu bola nahi aayi wait karo call aa jaegi paise mil jaenge 20 september tak baar baar phone karne se kuch nahi hoga and banged on the phone… and the call never came till date, it’s 20th September today. I have received the Vouchers on 11th September and again a false promise got exposed, the vouchers are for rupees 200 and 500 and valid till April 2017. The card is valid only in Delhi NCR. However, I was told at the time of purchase (by Nandini) that vouchers will be of no limit and will be valid for next 4 years and the Card I can use anywhere in India. This is height of false information and cheating and you must take action against those. When I call your helpdesk they behave and talk abruptly. When I said I need to talk to Nandini who duped me, One guy named Rishabh said – “sir uska target pura nahi hua wo chali gayi ab kuch nahi ho sakta”.
May I please know how many days it will take for cancellation of the Platinum Plan, that I purchased (rather I would say I got cheated) on 28th August and I requested to cancel the plan immediately after 02 days (on 01st September) after the wrong information given to me was exposed and rude behaviour by the telephone operator. Your Call center guys are from hell they do not have basic manner how to talk to customers after they gave you business at the time of selling they talk politely and after the product is sold they behave as if I have a done a mistake by calling them. Please cancel this platinum plan ASAP and return me my money. I also had same case, purchased policy on 28th Sep16 and canceled on same day after checking reviews of this company...I followed-up daily with these stupid peoples, every time they said your cheque is ready and sending this Saturday, but when I ask for courier details they make excuses... some time cheque was pending for signatory or courier boy not come today, your cheque returned back, wrong courier detail, not picking calls, putting calls on hold and cut thereafter etc.

And finally on 18th January some unbelievable thing happened ... I received cheque of 10, 000... finally Bad debts recovered...
start continuous followups... hope you will get your money back.

I have paid 8000 to them after getting calls from them, since then no response and phone is also switched off.

Its a fraud.. don't fall in they trap.
I think there is a big scam being operating through PHGI, they tell lucrative plans to cover whole family in 8000 to 10000 rs and give coverage 2 or 3 times coverage just to get the amount and after then no response.
Fraud Company & Customer Care & Senior representative are doing misguide to the customer about product.

so this request to all the customer don't purchase the product.
PHCI and Wellness Mitra both look to be the same site operating with different name, their interface is exactly same and the layout and the products listed also are exactly same and in same order.
Wellness Mitra is proven fraud company as you would not be able to get any reimbursement or any facility promised by them, so in case you are opting for PHCI you are asking for trouble as well as both look to be the same one.
So please stay away from these day light robbers who are operating because they know in India there aren't any laws or any consumer protection, they can very easily make good money by fake promises and then shut it down and run away.

i also purchased the platinum plan for Rs.10000 from PHCI, i receive blood pressure machine, sugar check machine and one massager (after long followups over phone), but when i send the first voucher to then for reimbursement they took 1 month but still not get my reimbursement, they always reply on mail that reimbursement start on Monday onward but nothing happens.
it is totally fraud company they don't provide any insurance and it is not register with IRDA also (it is clearly mentioned on there site), each and every information on there site is wrong (email, contact no).
please be aware from this PHCI, it is my big mistake to believe on there ph call and purchased there useless plan.
Hi, my name is Vinay and I purchased the same package from this fraud PHCI company 5-6 days back and the executive name was Rajbir Pandey. He told me that I will get cashless treatments, even maternity expenses for my wife. When I received the package, it doesn't have any cashless cards for treatments. Even for the shopping vouchers Rajbir told me that these shopping vouchers will be applicable on Patanjali stores, Big Bazaar and Reliance store as well. But all said no to these fraud vouchers.

Some key points to prove that they are fraud-
1/ They will not give you any points in written.
2/ The products on their site are not clickable, you can buy (I am not sure if you buy and you will get the product), only sending them the email that you want the product
3/ The customer care or the executive will never pick your phone after you make the payment
4/ They give you an email id for support that start like [protected]@phci.org.in. When you email on it, it will always bounce back. This is not a valid email id
5/ When you tell them you have read many bad reviews about them, they will simply say that these reviews are not written by their customers but by the other competitors who are jealous of them. This is the biggest lol.
6/ When asked for written details, they say they will provide it on email.
7/ They say they will provide cards with embossed name of registered members, but this is not the case, you will only get ordinary cards, mentioning only the pathological test discounts, no cashless benefits etc.

Please help me to get my money back, they are just the fraud.

I am the customer not their competitor, and I have the proof of the order as well, see attached.

i am using a phci plan, its a very beneficial plan as if i have taken rembusmnet 5 times and it was on time that my bill was rembused with in 24 hour.

I have also purchased the silver plan and then I received the card, vouchers and also blood pressure machine. With that I got gift voucher and to avail that I have to pay 3000. That I also paid but i didn't get any product and they were buying time. Then I had cancelled and told them to deposit the money. But they didn't do. I had put one medical bill but still I have not received any amount in my account. I called them. One lady picked up but while listening the things she just put down the call. Friends this is very big mistake of mine. Please do not buy anything from this site and avoid the call also.
This company is fraud and there are multiple complains filed online but still none of the complained been register no no one is cared about it. This is the reason these people get opportunities to do fraud because our law system is so weak.

I also got a call today from PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE INDIA. They said all impossible impractical OPD health care plan to sell me their Rs 10000.00 INR PHCI PLATINUM PLAN. I just find some confusion and tried to searched over their on internet about them. I found there are too many complaints against them on verious online forums. They have cheeted with too many people. I wonder why not any one of them have complaint aginst them for fraud business activity. Here are their details.

Its been more than three months i am still waiting to get the delivered my package items at home, following up with them everyday almost & everyday they have excuses & now from last week on wards their contact number is INVALID... WTF...

can't explain how much i am frustrated... they took INR 10, 000 on name of health package. Now nothing is there...
they even gave stress instead of better health.

I took the package on my Dad's name "Bhagwan Singh Yadav", he is a diabetic patient... i thought it will help him & but got nothing.
