Hi, i am vaibhav from rajpura, today i got a message that was 'thanks for use prime zone' and they deduct 20 rs from my account even i'm not open or download any kind of apps and did not activate any kind of services, i not tolerate this type of things, so please give me my 20 rs unless i'm am take serious action against you. I will wait for 2 days max.

Earlier also for any DTH or Mobile related deductions, I have called Customer Care and they have refunded it back. Maybe its Airtel's strategy for stealing money from people who don't pay attention to SMS or Balance.
You can put an email or call customer care and you will receive the refund.
