It is 12 days I have placed the order, and no updates on this. Worst thing, I wrote to them in their "contact us" section. No response to that.
I am trying to call them on the following three numbers mentioned in their site:

No response again. I have started feeling this to be a fraud.

Desirable Resolution:
Refund the paid amount of Rs.464 + Compensation of Rs.500 + The softcopy of my print design
