Printland — order #[protected] failed to meet the deadline | |||||
I have booked the table diary 139, chief eco diary 160, table diary 139, table diary 139, combo set 1407 through my credit card on 5th december, 2017 and was given the expected delivery date of 15th december, 2017 but the retailer failed to meet the deadline and i gave a call to printland so raised a complaint so they gave me more 24 hours dead line to resolve the issue. The customer service of printland is so pathetic that they can't even resolve the issue or track the retailer or track the customers order. I even tried to called up their toll free number to bring the issue at their notice. But apart from sorry they fail to solve my problem. I asked them to transfer the call to their senior and made me hold for more than half an hour and the senior person didn't come on the line. The order was not even cash on delivery (Cod) so that they could delay. I have made the payment through credit card and today is sixth day after placing the order and still they are struggling to find the reason for delayed through the vendor. This is something unethical & unprofessional. The other e-commerce company have the policy to refund the customers amount on the spot whereas the customer service of printland is lagging way too behind in the race from its competitors. Please look in to this matter and try to resolve the issue and get the product delivered asap Was this information helpful? | |||||
