Printland — Product not delivered

Sir, I ordered a mobile back cover from Printland 26/09/2016 but they never contacted me from then.
I emailed them twice and even called several times buy never responded, it was a paid order as you can check it. The file is attached below.
I even emailed payu money as the payment was through payu but got no response from them.
Printland took my money and are not even delivering the product.
