Hi i have bought a black metal pen few days back from printland..money was deducted from my account n order was placed successfuly...now there is no reply from your side..i have approached you so many times..kindly send me the pen i have ordered for..Otherwise return my money...this is the most worst kind of experience of shopping with yours site... I have purchased the wall clock and the mobile cover with credit card. i have received mail about shipment of my product. but in track order option their is nothing to show any order details. When I call the customer care number but they have not received my call.

The order is damaged in transit itself. Even after mailing to the customer care, no response is received. Please take care of your customers else don't sale your products.
