Printland — wrong order received after several follow ups, new years greeting, wrong incomplete name

Hi,
I had ordered two new year greeting cards (Customised cards) with two different name, similar design. My order number is[protected].
Apparently i receive 3 cards instead of 2 and that too all with the name (Pandey) on it. Rather vivek gupta on one card and pandey on other.
I would request you to kindly send the card with name “vivek gupta” at the given address asap.
Please find the attachment which we have received and you can compare it with what was being ordered.
Need immediate action to be taken
