[Resolved] Printvenue — order delivery and apathy of printvenue customer support towards their customers | |
I had ordered 2 customized pen online from Printvenue Order Number:[protected] The order was made on Mon, 22 Jul '19 as of today (i.e., 11th November 2019) I still haven't received the order They appear to have tried a delivery and since the delivery was not possible due to phone issues, the order seems to have been returned from the courier I have called the courier company (Maruti Courier - Tracking ID: [protected]), they have clearly informed me that the order has been dispatched back to Printvenue What is really disappointing is the customer support. The absolute apathy by their support staff towards their customers. I have called them more than 15 times now, even offering to pay the shipping charges again and their standard response is that the issue will get resolved in 2 - 3 working days I have lost 1400 rupees of my hard earned money and a lot of time chasing their customer support Was this information helpful? | |
Dec 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I was provided a refund to the printvenue wallet for the undelivered order and finally and more importantly, I got someone from Printvenue to finally respond to my query PrintVenue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
