Printvenue — order not delivered in one month | |||||
I've ordered Business card from printvenue. It's been one month my order did not get delivered. Each time call CUSTOMER CARE person says it got stuck in the way and it will be delivered shortly. After asking for cancellation and refund of the order they are saying write an email to [protected]@printvenue.com. I've written to them as well but still, there is no response from their end. These CUSTOMER CARE persons are such ### they even don't know how to talk to customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
