Printvenue — product status changed from cancelled to under process. no support from customer care when it could be handled. denial of refund.

On 10th january, 2018 i ordered one product with order id: whose payment was made however, due to their technical issue, the order got cancelled. Since the status was cancelled, i was sure that the money will be returned to me in 3-4 days. Therefore, i made the same order again with order id:, and similarly, the order cancelled due to their technical issue whereas the money was deducted. Therefore, i thought of waiting till the money comes back to my account. I also check my printvenue account and the status was cancelled for both the orders. Next day i mailed printvenue customer care that money is yet not returned in bank account. On 3rd day, when i checked my print venue account, i observed that the status of the orders went from cancelled to under process and no mail has been sent to me regarding this. I immediately called printvenue customer care to cancel one of the products (Since both were same items0 and also mailed them continuously them regarding the same. Also, i continuously asked them how can the status change from cancel to under process without informing (I dint get a single mail till now). On 4th day, i received the first mail from printvenue that your product is under process (Acc. To their site they ask customers to cancel the product within 1 hr of confirmation since after that they do not cancel the order and on the contrary they did not sent any mail of confirmation, also changed to order from cancelled status to under process which generally doesn’t happen once the status is cancelled). Also, when i mailed and called to customer care regarding this process they could have easily stopped processing one of the products. On 5th day, one of the person from customer care clearly stated that the status showed cancelled due to their technical glitch and i should have waited for 10 to 12 hours to get the status changed from cancelled to under process, before making the second order. So, the summary is the customer has to pay twice the price of the product due to technical glitch of the company, and while they are accepting their mistake they are not ready to refund. Also, the customer care people are very stubborn, and instead of solving the problem, they keep telling me the rules (Which they themselves are contradicting). Also, such technical glitch can happen many times, which clearly is the company’s fault and they should take full responsibility for the same, instead of letting the customer pay for it.
