Printvenue — unethical behaviour (delay in delivery and denial of refund) | |||
We ordered christmas greeting cards from printvenue, 30 cards were ordered and entire payment was made in advance. They delivered only 20 cards before christmas (Without any prior intimation). After following up, we received an email from printvenue that balance cards will be delivered later. We informed them that we were expecting all cards together and we were never informed that there will be a delay, else we would not have placed the order. Hence we requested for cancellation of balance cards as they will be useless if delivered after christmas is over.in spite of repeated requests and emails, printvenue refused to refund the money for undelivered order. Also, balance cards were delivered on 30 december, 2017. This is not just unethical practice but also defrauding the customer by unilaterally deciding to part deliver the order and not refund the money for their own fault and delay.
