Not working well . gas stove is leaking
Urgent basis...

We have bought holiday package from pristiza services private limited in 2017.

But now nobody in this company is available. Nobody is responding on calls. Their office in pimple saudagar is also closed.
I can see many people have same experience like me about this company. It seems they have just taken money from many people & now closed their office.

Some body please help me to get my money back......

I have taken 5 years membership plan and no contacts are working. Their site domain is also not working. Clearly cheating company. They have taken the amount which earned of hardworking people.

Please help me on getting the amount refunded by taking necessary action on the company management.
Such cheaters should not escape from sentence.

These frauds have absconded with all the customers money being unreachable over mobile, landline or email.
I am seeing multiple complaints regarding this but i do not think anybody is looking into the matter. I have also raised complaint on ingram with complaint number: 893021. But its in process from last 1 month.

Does anybody know how to escalate this matter?...

I am a member of prestiza services and took a membership for 5yrs by paying 1.05 lac. However, now they are not reachable by any means and all my money is stuck. Even they took utility charges of 7000/- and another 11, 000 i had to pay at hotel which was booked through them but they never made payment to the hotel.

Pristizia has closed all their business and everyone's mobile number is switched off. Neither any landline number is working nor their email domain is anymore there. I am planning to file a complain against the owner and company.

Pristiza services pvt ltd is the fraudest company which is good in taking money from customers. I got a phone call stating that i have won the lucky draw prize and will be receiving number of gifts. They called us at their office to collect the gifts. We went to their office at kokane chowk and got 2, 3 gifts and told us that we have received gift voucher trip to certain places. They have some agents near shopping malls and asked us to fill the form and then we can win a trip and other gifts. We filled it and then they called us next day that we have been chosen as winner. Then they called us to attend the 90 minute session before collecting gift and in that session they told us regarding travel offers and schemes in which user needs to deposit around 1 lack rs. And then user can go for 35 days of holidays for free...

I have taken the membership in july 2017. But they didn't provide us the trip and giving some excuses. I told them to return the amount and they agreed, but now they are not giving money back and even didn't pick up the phone. They even told us that we will get movie ticket each month and there will be some discount on hotels bills.
Now even office is also closed. Need my money back.

I had a very bad experience with pristiza services as the staff and company seems to be a fraud.
I took membership on feb 2018 from mr prashant gurav and till date, they have promised to give domestic hotels stay and sight seeing every year 7days and 8 nights.
Also promised me gym membership for 2 people. Other benefits like movie tickets vouchers etc.

Now, they are not picking up calls and...

I took membership way back in feb'17. Whatever they have promised at the time of taking the service nothing being full filled apart from they have just provided gym for a year to me.

- they told i will get all reknowned 5 stars hotel chains, whereas reality is quite different.
- they have informed that as soon as i took membership, they will provide membership details. I can login to the website and choose my hotels....
