Pristiza services pvt ltd is the fraudest company which is good in taking money from customers. I got a phone call stating that i have won the lucky draw prize and will be receiving number of gifts. They called us at their office to collect the gifts. We went to their office at kokane chowk and got 2, 3 gifts and told us that we have received gift voucher trip to certain places. We had plans to visit those places, but as my dad met with an accident, dad was told for complete bed rest for 6 to 8 months post operation. We already made the payment of rs 30, 000 and we requested for refund as we could not make for the trip, mr nagesh sakhare was the person with whom we spoke as told above problems he told to get an application for the refund amount so the application was signed by mr nagesh sakhare on 15/12/2017 as he accepted for the refund amount and he told after a week the amount will be transferred to your account and we also provided him with the details of the account for transferring the amount. After one week we tried to contact him because the money still did not come into the account. He started giving a lot of excuses that to give him again 10 to 15 days time he will transfer the amount into the account and after 2 months again we tried calling mr nagesh sakhare someone else picked up the call stating that he is the friend even he is working with him and his name is maruti makure he also started giving excuses and fooling us we asked him for the pristiza office details and address as we went there the office was closed and the nearby shopkeepers told that their office is shifted to some other place. Again tried calling mr nagesh sakhare but call was received by maruti as both the people working there were frauds giving excuses since 2-3 months. After that in the month of april we called mr nagesh sakhare but no response since calling from the month of april. On may 29th again called mr nagesh sakhare his brother picked the call stating that he is having the mobile with him call after 10mins and after calling in 10mins the call was ringing but no response tried calling again he switched off his cellphone. So i request the concern person to returm me the refund amount as soon as possible because its high time testing patience level. Before moving legally to this issue i want proper answer for this as soon as possible.
