Pristiza Services Private Limited — unprofessional behaviour — money got stuck

Hello,

I took pristiza membership on 10th aug'17.

After continuous emails/phone calls and visiting their registered office at konkane chowk from almost a month, i am writing this complaint against them.

After waiting till 23rd sept for their services to start and calling/emailing them to clarify things and to get my vacation planned, i decided to quit from their membership as it was becoming a headache for me to follow up with these people. I wrote up a mail for refund of my membership amount.

Even after visiting their office 3 times, every time a new person was there.
On 1st visit (Around 10th sept), mr, rohit was there. On 2nd visit (5th oct'17), mr. Anuj pandey was there. On 3rd visit (16th oct'17), mr. Sam was there. I repeated my problem thrice with each of them yet no resolution.

On my second visiton 5th oct, mr anuj pandey told to get my issue resolved till 9th oct. I waited till 9th and on 10th i called him up. His excuse was that they have another office in viman nagar where their director sits and they have sent him our email already but are not getting any reply from them. I asked him to forward that email, but no show. After this, he is on vacation and his phone number is also switched off. Mr. Pandey claims that he is group manager. I cant believe the professionalism of a manager!!

Then i visited again on 16th oct and i met mr. Sam. He is not at all aware of my problem and asks me to repeat it. Anyways i did and he assures me a resolution by next day and the next day he is not in his office the entire day and his phone was also not reachable till 6.30pm.
After 6.30pm, his official phone starts to ring but his brother picks up the phone and says that his phone is with him and i am outside so you can't contact mr. Sam in any way possible.

This is a clear case of mental harassment of customers and exploitation of their hard-earned money.

I want my money back!

I request to please take a strict action against them so that they can't exploit any other customers.
