Private Hostel — poor maintenance and unhygienic food

I am staying in abhishrey hostel in dilsuknagar near bus stand... They r charging high fees without proper maintenance. The maintenance if hostel was very pathetic, ceiling of walls were very weak and and it is falling on beds some times... I asked them to repair, they replied we won't repair and money will not be given back, u can leave the hostel. They r irresponsible on safety so kindly take action on this hostel...
