Priyambika Apartment, Vijayanagar — noise pollution

Respected sir,

People in an apartment right next to mine (Priyambika aptt, vijayanagar) are playing songs way too loudly on the loudspeakers and it's causing great trouble and discomfort to people residing in the adjacent areas. Also considering, there's a school very close to the apartment premises with a hostel, i don't think its the right thing for them to be playing songs so loudly. It has been going on for the last 3 days. I would be obliged if this matter is taken up asap or it might be too late and they would do it again in a few months.
