Sir my self anurag goswami i have finding a data entry home based job then i get the advertisment of job related form pro techno it is data entry home based job then i aplied for this then call will came from company and they said to sent the legal identity proof (Adhaar card, pan card, voter id) after this i have sent a voter id card image to his registered email. Id ([protected]@gmail.com) then i got the id and pasword of website pro techno after sometime the agreement will be sent in my email id from pro techno company there will be the 11 month agreement before the job i did not know about the agreement but after sending the id proof the agreement will be signed and sent to my email id on that time i never know about this agreement so i start the job. I have working 2 days only and my mind rapidly change and i have quite this job and i call the help center of pro techno company to quite the job then company help center will said you have to pay 7, 800 to company to cancel the legal agreement otherwise you have to pay big amount to company they call each and every day and mentally tourtured me to pay the amount. Sir i am lower middle class family and i have some financial problem at home i did not affored this to pay the amount to company. Sir after joining this company i have search the company with address (Pro techno latur maharashtra) there will be ennominus complain against the pro techno company and the call will be show spam report on true caller which will be came from pro techno company latur maharashtra. Sir please my hearlty request to you to please take action against the pro techno company they will be toutured me and mentally harassment to pay the amount 7, 800. Sir what should i do please resolve this problem i have infinte of tension in my life i am final year student i am not able to concentrate in my study due to mentally harrsment and toutured by the company to pay the amount to cancelled the legal agreement. They have also send the email of case filling undertaking 73, 74, 75 at 1872 act and give the last chance to pay the amount otherwise they have toutured me to fill the case on the court this will be big problem for me and my furture regards
