[Resolved]  Vels Interiors — worst experience ever

We faced a very bad experience with Vels industries(Vels interiors), they made huge delay for product delivery. We spoke to the MD Mr.venugopal but he seems doesn't care about home orders for interiors. He says the delay because of huge commercial order they received in between so they stopped other orders and finished that work. Which shows their immaturity to treat every customer equally. Because of their delays we lost so much of money, time and peace moreover we couldn't shift to our new house on the auspicious day we planned. Very very unhappy about their service and how they treated us. This is very bad experience in my lifetime so far with anyone. I won't recommend their service to my friends and families. This post seems less impact for them but people whoever seeing this post will definitely think and avoid giving orders to them. Choose right people and live peace. Thank you.

Was just reading the reviews now. Well, looks like over the years, Vels Interiors have refined and grown. I used their services for my home like modular kitchen, bedroom wardrobes and few stand-a-lone furnitures. Their services worked out much lesser than what other interior companies quoted. Though there was a 2 week delay in the whole work to be completed, I must say, they did a fabulous job and my family is very content and satisfied about the whole work.
